This scholarship provides full tuition coverage (for the current and remaining study period) along with a living expense stipend and mentorship support—helping you focus on your academic and professional growth without financial stress.
- Hong Kong residents of ethnic minorities, male or female.
- Proficiency in conversational Cantonese is required.
- Students enrolled in any year of a full-time or part-time postgraduate program in key public service disciplines (e.g. Nursing, Medicine, Education, Healthcare, STEM, Rehabilitation, Social Work/Counselling, or related fields). If you are successfully accepted into the Master of Arts in English Language Teaching and Assessment (MA-ELTA) programme, you are eligible to apply this scholarship.
