The core group shall consist of at least four members to establish or assist in the formation of the Executive Committee. Members of the group may later assume key positions within the Executive Committee, such as President, Treasurer, Secretary, etc. 

The current members of the Preparatory Core Group include Nino Tam, Eyline Wang, Cyrus Zhang, Bessie Zhang, and Rax Cheng.
