In Hong Kong, the MA-ELTA stands alone as the sole MA programme that centres its attention on the testing and assessment of language. Recently, a group of MA-ELTA teachers and students paid a visit to the British Council in Admiralty, Hong Kong, and engaged in a fruitful academic exchange regarding the design and procedures of the IELTS test.
