International Conference on Emerging Technologies in English Language Education in the 21st Century: Addressing the Present and Envisioning the Future

The Department of English at the School of Humanities and Social Science will be co-organising the International Conference on Emerging Technologies in English Language Education in the 21st Century: Addressing the Present and Envisioning the Future with the School of Arts and Humanities at Tung Wah College. The Conference aims to bring together researchers, educators, and practitioners from around the world to explore the profound impact of technology on English language education. With a focus on addressing present challenges and envisioning the future, this Conference offers an instrumental platform for sharing cutting-edge ideas, innovative approaches, and ground-breaking research findings.

 

The Conference will feature a diverse range of sessions including keynote speeches, research presentations, and a roundtable discussion. Distinguished scholars from renowned academic institutions such as Yale University, University of Alberta, Victoria University of Wellington, and University of Southern Queensland, who possess expertise in English language teaching and learning, will share examples of good practices, research insights, evidence-informed advice, and suggestions with the participants.
